Are you interested in helping coordinate the next camp out or event? The program leadership: Scoutmasters, ASMs, Quartermaster & Committee Chair, will be meeting at Texas Roadhouse Monday April 4th to discuss coordination for activities planned at the annual camp planning. If you are interested in leading coordination of an activity please attend.

Who: Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leaders, Scribe and Scoutmasters - This is an expectation of these positions. Other scouts in the troop are welcome to attend but are not required.
We will meet in 30 min blocks, please arrive and be prepared to start on time. Girl's Troop will begin at 6:30, Boy's troop should arrive and be ready to start at 7:15 with the combined PLC. Girl's Troop is free to leave after the combined PLC at 8.
What to bring: Notebook, pen, handbook, ideas!
We will be using the bone, meat, flesh analogy.
Bone: (3 months out) Take monthly themes and make weekly meeting plans.
Meat: (2 months out) Assign responsibility to scouts/ adults who will be in charge of activities and/or materials for meetings.
Flesh: (all activities for next 6 weeks) Confirmation that all meeting details are complete and ready to proceed.
All adults are encouraged to join us for our Parent Committee Meetings on the 4th Monday of each month at 7 pm in the fellowship hall at PUMC. An agenda and the previous month's minutes can be found here.
We are off for another awesome camping weekend! We will be taking a hike and participating in activities at camp. Possible activities include hiking, ax throwing, archery & rifle.
Scouts should pack from their packing list, paying special attention to cold weather sleeping gear, wearing & packing layers to keep warm, flashlights, mess kits & water bottles.

Location: Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation 1929 Susquehanna Hall Rd, Whiteford, MD 21160
Drivers are needed to transport gear & scouts from PUMC to Broad Creek on Friday & return trip on Sunday.
Spring Clean Up at PUMC. Come out and help give the grounds a nice spring sprucing. We will be raking leaves, freshening up flower beds and getting the church ready to look it's best for the Spring. Bring work gloves, rakes and the willingness to get your hands dirty!
6 - 7:30 am The church has requested youth to start and tend a fire for Easter Sunrise Service. Youth would need to arrive at 6 and have the fire ready to be started at sunrise. If you are able to attend please sign up in the calendar link.
9:00 - 12:00, Come Join the fun! The scouts have been working on their derby cars for several weeks so lets get some racing in!
Who: Scouts of all ages and their family and friends. Girls and boys welcome.
1 pm to 3 pm - The Wizard Hatchlings have a patrol outing. For more information check out Girl Scout Troop 2289.
5pm to 7 pm - Come join us for a night of skating fun. Skate while listening to your favorite songs. Family and friends invited! Cost is $11 per person. Skating or not.

Fundraising has begun for summer camp and will continue through May of this year. Your scout can choose to sell one, two or three of the fundraisers. Show and sells will also be scheduled based on interest & participation throughout the spring.
Camp Cards - $5
Country Meat Sticks - $1.50 or 2 for $3
Gertrude Hawk Candy Bars - $1.50 or 2 for $3
Only one set of each fundraiser out at a time.
All funds of each type need to be turned in prior to receiving another carrier/pack of that type.
All three BSA units are participating in these sales by each leading one. Families are encouraged to make one check payment for all product sold by sale type. (Paper trail!) Make checks to Camp Cards: Troop 346, Country Meats: Crew 346, Gertrude Hawk: Troop 346.
If you are using fundraising to fully fund summer camp please make sure you pay attention to camp payment deadlines.

Come out and support Troop 346 on our restaurant day at Chick-Fil-A in Severna Park. A portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the troop. Please remember to bring your flyer. Hope to see you there and thank you for your support!
